📖 Cohousing, doubts, and community in later life

The play introduces audiences to two senior cohousing communities experiencing starkly contrasting realities. One has grown solid and well-established after years of shared daily life; the other has only just begun, brimming with excitement as well as doubts and uncertainties.

Through its scenes, the performance explores the challenge of taking the leap into a shared life in older age, highlighting the fundamental importance of mutual support. When an unexpected difficulty arises, both communities come to realise that, beyond all differences, genuine strength lies in caring for and supporting one another.
