"Mi gran obra" imagines the grandest theatrical production on Earth: three hundred actors on stage, a military orchestra, a rock band, animals, cars, and even a helicopter. Yet this colossal ambition steps away from life-size proportions, unfolding instead in miniature before an intimate audience of just three rows of twenty spectators.

Through tiny figures—viewed with binoculars by those in the back row—parade politicians, flamenco dancers, wedding parties, processions, and scenes of everyday existence. The piece questions the true value of high-budget cultural spectacles filled with embellishments but empty of substance, presenting life itself in a nutshell.
