📖 Balance and fears facing a new phase of life
Without noticing that they have already fulfilled their dream of living together, the protagonists find themselves approaching forty. At this turning point, the desire to become parents triggers a crisis where vulnerabilities, doubts, and hidden fears resurface.
Everything they built together is put into question when the prospect of a new life takes the central place once held by their everyday work. The production invites audiences into an intimate reflection on parenthood, conveyed through physical games of balance and imbalance between bodies.
🎪 Berdinki and the artistic team
The show is directed and performed by Irati Gonzalez and Koldo Arakistain, with artistic direction by Maika Etxekopar and assistant direction by Iraitz Lizarraga.
The creative team is completed by Xabi Mujika Aldarsoro in scenography and costume design, music composed by Ane Arruti Lopetegi, lighting design by Carlos Solano (The Lumen Box), and sound by Jon Martinez Montaña (Ima-ges).
✨ A moving physical exploration of adult vulnerability and shared crossroads.
