«La Traviata» is an opera in three acts featuring music by Giuseppe Verdi (Bussetto, 1813 – Milan, 1901) and an Italian libretto by Francesco Maria Piave. The narrative closely follows the novel «La dame aux camélias» (1852) by Alexandre Dumas fils.

The plot follows the tragic love story between the courtesan Violetta Valery and the young nobleman Alfredo Germont, confronting societal expectations and sorrow in nineteenth-century Paris.

🎭 Cast and musical ensemble

The vocal cast features soprano Letitia Vitelaru as Violetta Valery, Francesco Castoro portraying Alfredo Germont, and Manuel Mas as Giorgio Germont. Daniela Vladimirova plays Flora Bervoix, while Jesús Cantolla takes on Gastone, Giuseppe, Domestico di Flora, and Commissario. Ihor Voievodin appears as Barone Douphol, Marchese, and Dottor, and Laura Ortiz performs as Annina.
