📖 A dystopia on identity

Set in the year 2070 within a dual state called Frankopoleon, the play explores profound questions about Basque identity: what makes people euskaldun, through which lenses they are observed, constrained, silenced, mutilated, or shaped, how many languages and which Basque is spoken, where we come from, and where we might end up.

Through this speculative reality, the production delivers a stage reflection on linguistic coexistence, collective memory, and future possibilities.
