📖 A mathematics of body and emotion

"3 + 3 = 33" arises from a poetic equation where the result defies conventional arithmetic. The performance explores the idea that when two parts meet, the outcome is not merely expected, but can yield something broader, surprising, and vibrant. It addresses the encounter between distinct bodies, tempos, and ways of existing, treating difference not as an obstacle but as a creative strength.

Dancers with and without Down syndrome share the stage through movement, expressive presence, and interaction. The performing cast features Jon Alonso, Nerea Astarbe, Ainhoa Bakaikoa, Miriam Corrionero, María Isasti, Idoia Machimbarrena, Aitor Manterola, Ohiane Mateos, Aizpea Múgica, Nekane Prieto, Álex Santesteban, and Isabel Verdini.

Choreographed and directed by Isabel Verdini, the piece features assistant direction by Jesus Murua and Aizpea Múgica, alongside costumes designed by Rosi Mirás.
